UX/CRO Researcher


  • Analyze the website’s audience, acquisition, and behavior data to understand what is working on the site and identify areas of friction
  • Perform KPI audits and create benchmark reports to measure impact of changes to the site on engagement and performance
  • Research competition to identify opportunities and get insights into the features and experiences on other sites
  • Document and present issues and recommendations for improvements
  • Design, implement, monitor, and report on a/b, split URL, and other types of testing to validate ideas and decisions
  • Work closely with site owners, design, content, developers, and digital marketing specialists on the creation or refinement of templates, pages, microsites, etc.
  • Share insights and best practices on user experience and conversion rate optimization


  • 5 years of experience in a UX/CRO role and proficient in:
  • Research, data analysis, test creation
  • Understanding user experience, journeys, and concepts surrounding conversion rates and how to improve them
  • Problem solving, decision making, and attention to detail
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to various types of work groups and C-level executives
  • Managing roadmaps, projects, and tasks
  • Software related to the UX/CRO research process such as Google Analytics, VWO (testing tools, heatmapping, form analysis, funnel analysis), presentation creation, and spreadsheets
